Engineering Manager
As Synapticure plans to expand to serve more ALS patients in new ways, we are hiring an Engineering Manager to help build out our Patient/Caregiver Application, Care Coordination and EHR product. We are a seed-stage company and much of the work will be focused on working collaboratively to launch MVPs and iterate on them with our Product, Design, and Care teams.
Head of Telemedicine Operations
You will lead the strategic and operational ownership of the design, implementation and growth of Synapticure’s telemedicine platform designed to streamline the provider and patient experience for ALS patients. This role will serve as a key leadership team member in an early-stage Health Technology company with the goal of using data, technology and innovation to disrupt the way neurological disease is treated.
Vice President of Payer and Health Systems
You will execute Health System and Payer contracts on behalf of Synapticure and our Covered Entity Partner, CareND, and coordinate the implementation of our partnerships to streamline the ALS patient experience. This role will serve as a key member in an early-stage Health Technology company with the goal of using data, technology and innovation to disrupt the way neurological disease is treated
Care Coordinators
You will directly support to people affected by ALS by overseeing the relationship, enrollment, documentation and care experience of ALS patients through the Synapticure program as well as the development of the Care Coordination team workflows and processes in collaboration with your peers and other leaders.
Telemed Neurologist
You will be responsible for synchronous video / voice and asynchronous communications with potential, probable or confirmed diagnosed ALS patients. The neurologist will provide care, file review and testing as defined as relevant by the physician ownership and support patient(s) through their care journey.
Medical Billing Assistant
You will manage the medical billing and coding, financial follow up and patient advocacy in support of Synapticure's overall mission of providing enhanced ALS care. To serve thousands of individuals and their families diagnosed with ALS per year, Synapticure requires effective, knowledgeable and compassionate team members as well as competent, adaptable and forward-thinking individuals to execute on a new and exciting endeavor in the ALS community.
Medical Assistant
You will oversee medical record retrieval, creation of summary files based on those records (which require a basic understanding of medical language and extremely clear documentation) and completing paperwork to provide referrals to ALS specialists.
